Our Journey

So i'm flat out going to say I'm frustrated over my daughter and doctors. My daughter's doctor is fixing to re-cast my daughter again and well after this set of casts I want to use a different brace which is called a ADM. No doctor outside of Maine will use this brace which makes me sad. If the ADM is working for children with club-foot why shouldn't other doctors not be using it?? I'm not made of money and to hear i would have to travel to maine for the ADM and stay for three days its like a slap in the face and i want to cry. I never thought that this clubfoot journey would be so hard but it is. I'm learning and hopefully I get some better answers down the road.

Sorry this is a late update things have been pretty crazy as you can see. So let me talk about my daughter. She went in to have her o.t. evaluation done & I thought it would help you get approved for the services and boy was I wrong. I got told she doesn't meet the requirements that Medicaid has in place to get it. So I go home all sad and worried what I do now. And well I messaged a follow clubfoot mom for help and she told me to look up my states automatic qualifier for children that have disabilities and see if clubfoot is on the list to where she didn't need to be evaluated and just start. So I start searching on google and couldn't find anything and luckily my friend did. Arkansas has a guide for parents to look at. Well it’s more like a book because its 68 pages long. The booklet is titled Arkansas guide to services for children with disabilities. So I found out i had scoliosis when i was pregnant with my son at 20 years old, but before that i was having trouble with my shoulders and back. Like when i was 15 years old. I think as i got older its messed up my body even more. Like just because you can't see my curve like you can in others don'es mean I don't have it. Sadly scoliosis is one thing i got questioned when I lived in my apartment because a neighbor had it and her back was messed up. But just because you can't see something doesn't mean its not there. Since finding out I had scoliosis at twenty my shoulders, back and knees and hips are giving my trouble. I wonder if the knees and feet pain are related to the scoliosis. I do know the hip problems are part of scoliosis. I got to get with my doctor and find out because well it's starting to hurt to walk. If you have scoliosis or any health problem PLEASE listen to the pain your body is saying so that you can get your body back in order.

So this post is all about whats going on in Waldron Arkansas. I get its a "small town" and people don't care or have the $$, but Come on these are lives we are talking about here. My friend and I have called the Mayor.  And my friend even went up to the Mayor office, plus the police situation and sheriff situation and now they are saying if she comes up again she could get charged with harassment. Things are worse for my friend, animals are still getting dumped at the trailer park she lives at. And now the landlord is threatening to just plain on shoot them instead of what they have been doing which is just taking them out to the country somewhere where people don't live and who knows what happens after that. Which either is not okay. Like I want to give up because well this is so stressful. I know i said be the voice and speak up but If you keep on getting shut down, what else are you supposed to do? I am not a quitter I will just take a few steps back and rethink ho...

This has to change please put this in mind when you have a dog or an animal. THIS IS Not how i dogs life should be in picture. Be their voice speak up Make a change. Animals have feelings just like we do. Animals deserve love just like you and I do. Change starts with you and I speaking up and being a advocate.

So I didn't post this yesterday because well I didn't have a laptop it was died, my charger fried. So My friend who lives in Waldron Arkansas has a friend who lost her seven month old Chihuahua terrier yesterday, all because the puppy got lose and it lay down on the grass of someone's property. Was not doing anything just tired from running. The owner plus my friend were running after the puppy. The said thing is the person who shot it is a police officer. I know this happens every day in other cities and states. And shooting dogs Needs to stop. I have so much calling to do about all of the wrong that's going on in Waldron Arkansas. Its sad to hear someone lost their beloved fur baby, pet, child. It all depends on what the person calls them. My two dogs are my fur babies they mean the world to me and my two children. So today something happened to a friend of mine that should of never happened but sadly it did. She lives in a trailer park and well someone decided to dump six week old puppies(only two) where  her area is. And both were covered in ticks, fleas, and one had ring worm. Her landlord wanted to dump them somewhere else which is not right. Sadly the city where my friend lives doesn't have animal control or an animal shelter and that has to change. The reason I'm typing this is to get my anger and hurt out. Animals have feelings and just like ours theirs get hurt too. We need to be a voice for animals plus children. Children and animals are close to my hurt. If you see something that's not right speak up and push for something to happen. Today my friend almost got kicked out of where she lives because of her mean landlord. This wasn't okay. I get Arkansas is a landlord state which i think is bull crap. Like what about my rights? Good afternoon thank you for starting to read this blog. Today I'm going to post about nails and well nail biting and I wish i had a cure on getting you to stop biting your nails but I don't sorry. I bite my nails bad, i'm not sure if its because of stress or anxiety but I'm going to tell you that you are not a alone. i bite my nails too. So now I figured out what helps me not. And that's getting my nails professionally done. And what i mean is fake nails and all. It's relaxing to me and i get a few minutes to myself. So I found out about Poly gel nails and so i bought the kit off of wish. And i can't wait to get and start doing my nails. I got to do something I don't want my nails to look bad for life. I hope this works because well i don't have the money to go to nail salon to get my nails done. I just hope i don't get bored with having long nails that i end up biting them.
